Delicious fried shortbread dumplings, typical of the Natisone Valleys, the Strucchi are processed by The Gubana della Nonna with painstaking passion. Their delicious filling is similar to that Gubana, made even richer and more appetizing by an addition of rum. The small shape and unique taste make these sweet morsels an iresistible sweet tooth for small moments of absolute pleasure.
INGREDIENTS
00 flour, butter, white wine, sugar, eggs, rum.
Filling: sultanas, walnut, sugar, grappa, amaretto grains,butter,pine nuts.
